Reiterates that the measures set forth in paragraph 1 of resolution 1807 (2008) - namely the arms embargo - continue to apply to all non-governmental entities and individuals operating in the territory of the DRC; Decides that the notification requirements set out in paragraph 5 of resolution 1807 (2008) shall no longer apply; and Requests the Government of DRC to provide a confidential report to the Security Council no later than 31 May 2023 detailing its efforts to ensure the safe and effective management, storage, marking, monitoring and security of the national stockpiles of weapons and

Extends resolution 2607 (2021) until 17 November 2022.

Further eases the partially lifted arms embargo and refers to additional progressive lifting of the arms embargo procedures in light of progress made against certain benchmarks; reaffirms the charcoal ban, the IED components ban, and the humanitarian exemption to the assets freeze; provides for a one-off, complete disposal of existing charcoal stockpiles; renews the maritime interdiction of charcoal, weapons or military equipment, and IED components until 15 November 2023; renews, until 15 December 2023, the mandate of the Panel of Experts on Somalia.
