•    Paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of Security Council Resolution 2653 (2022)
•    Paragraph 1 of Security Council Resolution 2664 (2022)
•    Committee Guidelines: Section 11

Procedures for Listing

I. Relevant Security Council resolutions / Committee Guidelines

-    Security Council resolution 2653 (2022): paragraph 3 (travel ban), paragraph 6 (assets freeze), paragraph 11 (targeted arms embargo),
-    or all of them, on the basis of adequate evidence that these individuals and entities meet the criteria set out in paragraphs 15 and 16 of resolution 2653 (2022)
-    Committee Guidelines: Section 6

Work and Mandate

The Committee is supported by the Panel of Experts established pursuant to resolution 2653 (2022). It is comprised of 4 experts and is home-based. The Panel was established by paragraph 21 of resolution 2653 (2022) for an initial period of 13 months.
