Further extends until 30 October 2023 the authorizations and the measures in resolution 2146 (2014, as amended by paragraph 2 of resolutions 2441 (2018) and 2509 (2020); extends until 15 November 2023 the mandate of the Panel of Experts.

Renews until 1 July 2023 the measures as set out in paragraphs 1 to 6 of resolution 2293 (2016). Extends the mandate of the Group of Experts assisting the Sanctions Committee through 1 August 2023. Reiterates that the measures set forth in paragraph 1 of resolution 1807 (2008) continue to apply to all non-governmental entities and individuals operating in the territory of the DRC.
