Renews until 31 August 2019 the measures as set out in paragraphs 1 to 7 of resolution 2374 (2017) and extends until 30 September 2019 the mandate of the Panel of Experts as set out in paragraphs 11 to 15 of resolution 2374 (2017).

Imposes an arms embargo until 31 May 2019; renews until 31 May 2019 the asset freeze and travel ban imposed by paragraphs 9 and 12 of resolution 2206 (2015); extends until 1 July 2019 the mandate of the Panel of Experts; adds two individuals to the 2206 sanctions list.

Renews the measures on arms, transport, finance and travel imposed by resolution 1807 (2008) until 1 July 2019. Extends the mandate of the Group of Experts assisting the Sanctions Committee through 1 August 2019. 

Reiterates condemnation of all acts of trafficking, particularly the sale or trade in persons undertaken by the “Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant” (ISIL, also known as Da’esh) and underscores the importance of collecting and preserving evidence relating to such acts in order to ensure that those responsible can be held accountable.

Requests the creation of an Investigative Team, headed by a Special Adviser, to support domestic efforts to hold ISIL (Da’esh) accountable by collecting, preserving, and storing evidence in Iraq of acts that may amount to war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide committed by the terrorist group ISIL (Da’esh) in Iraq.  Requests the Team to cooperate with the Analytical Support and Sanctions Monitoring Team established pursuant to resolution 1526 (2004) and 2368 (2017) and with any other relevant monitoring bodies.

Further extends the authorisations, as set out in resolution 2146 (2014) and extended by resolutions 2278 (2016) and 2362 (2017), for an additional 15 months from the date of adoption of the resolution; Calls on Member States, to report to the Committee on the actions they have taken to implement effectively the travel ban and asset freeze measures; Further elaborates the designation criteria; Extends the mandate of the Panel of Experts to 15 February 2020.
