Renews until 30 November 2011 the measures on arms and transport, as well as the financial and travel measures imposed by resolution 1807 (2008), and reaffirms the provisions of paragraphs 10 and 12 of that resolution regarding the individuals and entities referred to in paragraph 4 of resolution 1857 (2008). Renews the mandate of the Group of Experts, with the addition of a sixth expert on natural resources issues, and requests the Group to evaluate the impact of due diligence guidelines referred to in the resolution.

Renews the arms embargo, previously imposed by paragraph 1 of resolution 1857 (2008), on all non-governmental entities and individuals operating in the territory of the DRC until 30 November 2010.

Renews the arms embargo, previously imposed by paragraph 1 of resolution 1807 (2008), on all non-governmental entities and individuals operating in the DRC territory until 30 November 2009. Renews the measures on aviation and customs, as well as the travel ban and assets freeze on individuals and entities pursuant to resolution 1807 (2008) which apply also to individuals obstructing the access to, or the distribution of, humanitarian assistance in eastern DRC, as well as individuals or entities supporting illegal armed groups in eastern DRC through illicit trade of natural resources.

Renews the arms embargo, previously imposed by paragraph 20 of resolution 1493 and 1 of resolution 1596 (2005), on all non-governmental entities and individuals operating in the DRC territory until 31 December 2008; and decides that the measures on arms and technical training no longer apply to the Government of the DRC.

Recalls that the targeted measures including a travel ban and an asset freeze imposed by paragraphs 13 and 15 of resolution 1596 (2005) were extended by resolutions 1649 (2005) and 1698 (2006) to apply in particular to political and military leaders of armed groups operating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo who impede the disarmament and the voluntary repatriation or resettlement of combatants belonging to those groups, and stresses that those measures are applicable to leaders of the FDLR, ex-FAR/Interahamwe and other Rwandan armed groups designated in accordance with the provisions

Extends the arms embargo imposed by resolution 1493 (2003) as amended and expanded by resolution 1596 (2005), as well as the measures on transport imposed by resolution 1596 (2005) and the financial and travel measures imposed by resolution 1596 (2005), 1649 (2005) and 1698 (2006). Extends the mandate of the Group of Experts until 31 March 2008.

Renews until 15 February 2008 the arms embargo as well as travel and financial restrictions on individuals designated by the Committee in accordance with the criteria set out in resolutions 1596 (2005), 1649 (2006) and 1698 (2006). Requests the Secretary General to re-establish the Group of Experts for a period expiring on 15 February 2008.
