Adopts new de-listing procedures, replacing those set out in resolution 1730 (2006); requests the Secretary-General, in consultation with the Informal Working Group of the Security Council on General United Nations Security Council Sanctions Issues, to appoint a Focal Point to assume all the mandates of the original Focal Point established pursuant to resolution 1730 (2006).
