Extends until 26 February 2021, the time-limited assets freeze and travel ban against individuals or entities designated by the Committee; and extends the mandate of the Panel of Experts until 28 March 2021. Introduces an exemption to the targeted arms embargo and additional exemptions to the travel ban and assets freeze; and further elaborates the designation criteria.
