Extends the mandate of the Panel of Experts appointed pursuant to resolution 1591 (2005) until 12 March 2004; reaffirms and renews the sanctions measures until 12 September 2024; the Security Council expresses its intention to review the sanctions measures no later than 12 February 2024; requests the Secretary-General, in close coordination with the Panel of Experts, to conduct, no later than 1 December 2023, an assessment of progress achieved on the key benchmarks as contained in paragraph 4; requests the Government of Sudan to report, no later than 1 December 2023, to the Committee on the progress achieved on those key benchmarks.
